Fee:  $100 (for 6  one hour sessions)

Location:  NH Sportsplex, Bedford, NH

U13/15 Boy Defensive Long Pole Skills sessions

Any U13 or U15 boy that wants to learn and work on there defensive long pole skills can report to NH Sportsplex in the new building at 5:30 each Tuesday before their regularly scheduled session at 6:00PM. Coach Mike Desroche will be going through basic stick skills, body positioning, footwork and techniques for those boys that have committed to the defenseman position.

These short sessions will begin with the basics and progress to more advanced drills.

You do not need to sign up, just show up.
